Whole raw pulses delivered at the site are first physically cleaned and separated from stone, dust, dirt, and other foreign material. Cleaned raw grain is moved to into soaking cum-drying bins where it undergoes a process of conditioning & outer skin separation process takes place by Hulling process. It is then subjected to another process for splitting in a dal mill and grading is done using a sortex machine. Finally, Dal is packed directly in HDPP Bags for bulk selling and in laminated pouches or poly-bags for retail selling.
