The process of manufacturing cottonseed is a critical one, it is really important to reduce the moisture level of cottonseed. We put all the cotton seeds into sunlight or dryer and then initiate the process of separating cotton if there is any left from the seed. To avoid loss of oil and improve the oil yield, we give due importance to cleaning seeds. We put them into a stone-separator and di-stoner machine to separate all dust, stones, and impurities from cottonseed. The clean cotton seeds are ready for the oil manufacturing procedure where we feed the seeds to an oil expelling machine through the elevator. Seeds are cooked through boiler-generated steam & then passed through the expeller where oil & cake is extracted. The oil thus extracted is kept in a storage tank another cleaning process after which oil is 100% pure and ready to be bulk packed and transported to refineries.
