We use the latest technology right from the time of pre-cleaning of raw Toor dal, where we remove all the impurities like dust, dirt, stones, etc. After pre-cleaning to remove pods, the pulses are transferred to specialized containers, the pulses are then transferred to the dryer where we reduce the moisture of the Toor Dal. After this, we do the grading procedure as per the grain size. Here only dirt-free and dehusked grain goes further for the polishing procedure. Finally, after polishing, the tool Dal is packed in laminated pouches or poly-bags for retail and bulk selling.
